2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is packed and shipped.

UK & Europe: 3–7 business days
USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
Rest of the world: 10–21 business days
Please note: Remote locations may experience additional delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected shipping method. Orders over $100 may qualify for free shipping — look for promo banners!

5. Tracking Your Order

Every order ships with tracking. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll get an email with your tracking link.

6. Customs & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply in their country. We always declare parcels honestly and do our best to avoid delays.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated time, or arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days and we’ll help resolve it fast — either with a replacement or refund.
